WWRC announces acquisition of Cathay Pigments and Chemicals from Oxerra Hong Kong
WWRC Holding Pte. Ltd. (“WWRC” or “the Company”) a leading chemicals solutions provider, is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of Cathay Pigments and Chemicals Phils. Corp (“CATHAY Philippines”), a well-established distributor of specialty pigments and chemicals in the Philippines from Oxerra Hong Kong Limited (“Oxerra”).
The transaction marks WWRC’s strategic entry into the developing Philippine market and aligns with the Company’s broader plan and ongoing M&A strategy to expand its footprint across the Southeast Asia and broader Asia region.
