2nd Annual Charity Golf 2014

WWRC Malaysia Sdn Bhd recently held it second charity tournament at Kota Permai Golf & Country Club in Kota Kemuning and raised in the region of RM400,000.

The event featured a field of 120 golfers, comprising staff from the WWRC Group of Companies, business partners and golf friends, who all enjoyed themselves while chipping in for a good cause, despite the proceedings being interrupted by a thunderstorm.

The dinner and prize-giving ceremony was where the funds were raised via auctions of branded watches and karaoke singing.

The proceeds went to six organizations, namely SJK( C ) Chung Hua, SRJK ( C ) Khe Beng, Subang Jaya Buddhist Association, Assunta Palliative Care Centre , Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim Mary and Pertubuhan Kebajikan kanak-kanak kurang upaya P3KU.

WWRC also used the occasion for the soft launch of their corporate re-branding exercise. One of the key objectives here is “to develop a strong integrated marketing communications strategy“ for WWRC to communicate its brand consistently across numerous markets.

“Besides being a distributor, we are committed to being a distributor, we are committed to being an ‘Efficient Chemical Solution Provider,’” said a spokesman.
